ironically i didn’t utilise the cnc mill for this project, there were instances where i could have, but due to the sizes of the sheeting pieces being cut , my mills limited workarea would have required multiple tiling setups which are time consuming & fiddly to configure & execute.
if you dont know how to perform a tiling operation (where you feed an oversized piece of stock through you mill & perform cuts sequentially in each new section of the stock, have a look at this excellent youtube video on how to do just that, by Johnathon Katz-Moses
